Privacy & Cookies
How Siroko handles your data, in plain language. Last updated 7 November 2026.
What we collect
- Forms (contact, collabs, ambassador and waitlist): the details you type, such as name, email, Instagram handle and message. They are sent through Formspree, the form service we use, and delivered to us.
- Siroko Card: your name and email are used to create your card (through WalletWallet) and are stored in a database (Upstash) so we can issue member numbers and give you the same card back if you sign up again.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, only if you press Accept on the cookie banner. It shows us which pages are visited. If you press Decline, no analytics cookies are set.
Other services
Tickets are sold on Fourvenues, and links to WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok take you to those services. Each of them has its own privacy policy.
Event photos
Photographers take photos at Siroko events and some are shown in our galleries. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, contact us and we will review your request.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you through the contact page. You can also change your cookie choice at any time.
